How Much Is Postage?
Postage fees range depending on item/s purchased and the weight of the parcel. Prices to post greeting cards start from 75p, plaques and similar items start from £2.50, a regular parcel such as a tin or jug will start from £3.50 and multiples of items in your order will cost no more than £15 maximum.
How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Parcel?
Standard delivery will take between 3 - 5 working days to reach you or you can choose the "1st class" option and this aims to deliver your parcel between 1 - 2 working days. Times are subject to change slightly in busier periods.
Which Couriers Do You Use?
Due to the current Royal Mail strikes, I have decided to change to a trackable company so you and I feel safe in the knowledge your parcel will reach you. I tend to use Parcel2Go - Collect+/Yodel and EVRi. I understand that there is a certain apprehension about some companies, but I endeavour to package your items securely so they arrive with you safely.
My Item Has Arrived Damaged/Faulty.
In the unfortunate incidence that your parcel has arrived damaged or faulty - firstly, I am very sorry you have had to receive your parcel in such a way - please send pictures of the damaged/faulty goods to email@example.com for me to assess. I will then offer you a full refund or a replacement free of charge. We must receive images within 3 days of delivery of your goods.
Do You Offer Tracking?
Yes I do. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel is on its way to you along with a tracking link. Any items posted via Royal Mail will not have a trackable code. (Products posted via Royal Mail are greeting cards and single plaques.)

What Is The Last Day For Christmas Orders?
I will be taking Christmas orders until 17th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Any orders placed after this date will be shipped in the New Year.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
The best way to cancel your order will be to drop me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can and I can then cancel and refund your order. However, sometimes I am able to post your order out the same day. If your order has been dispatched before you were able to cancel, please get in touch and we can arrange for you to send the item back (this will be at your expense) and you will receive a full refund on receipt of the item provided it has arrived back with me in the same sellable state.
How Do I Return My Item/s?
If you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, you are more than welcome to return to it back to me within 14 days. Please email me first at: email@example.com so I know to expect it. All you have to do is package it back up safely (you are more than welcome to use the packaging it arrived in) and purchase your postage (you can use your own choice of courier but would recommend using a tracked service). Once the parcel has arrived with me, I will then issue a full refund on the condition it has arrived in its full sellable state.
Do You Offer Free Returns?
No, I do not offer free returns, unless your item arrived faulty and I have personally asked for the item to be returned.
My Order Has Not Arrived.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of receiving the dispatch email then please do get in touch and I can see what has happened and get things sorted for you. If you have upgraded to the 1st class option then please get in touch after one week of receiving your dispatch email.
I Have Entered My Address Wrong.
We all make mistakes. If you have entered your address wrongly then please get in touch with me at: firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as you notice the mistake. I can then change it for you. If you have realised the mistake after it has been dispatched then please also contact me and I can advise you on where we go from there.
I Have Not Received An Order Confirmation.
When you place an order, you will always receive an order confirmation email. If yours has not come through, then please check your "spam" or "junk" folders. If there is still no sign then, please contact me at: email@example.com for confirmation.
How Does Sabel Lane Help The Planet?
I will use as much recycled packaging as possible. From boxes that I have had parcels delivered in and that have been donated to me. If I use brand new boxes, they are ethically sourced and recyclable. In terms of protecting your order in transit, again, I reuse the stuffing that is delivered with my own parcels and that has been donated. Bubble wrap is something that I have to use to add extra protection so I do recommend that you recycle it for yourself to use or pass it on to another small business for them to reuse.
You may notice that with breakable items I use packing chips. These chips are made from a starch and therefore not harmful to our planet. You can either pop them in your compost bin or soak them in water for them to dissolve.

Sabel Lane in based in Bewdley, Worcestershire. I do not have a physical shop, but work from home. Although you can find my stall around Worcestershire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.
